ARC delivered a complete 200-person mining camp for Aurenne Group's Mt Ida / Bottle Creek gold mine, 80km north-west of Menzies in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields. After the site struggled to meet operational deadlines, ARC mobilised experienced trades to complete the full installation within six months. Following successful delivery in 2022, ARC was recalled in August 2025 for executive accommodation (completed August 2026) and gold thickener plant construction (completed July 2026) — with works continuing on site today.
Main camp installation was falling behind commissioning deadlines. Previous contractors struggled with the remote Kalgoorlie location and coordinating multiple building types simultaneously — kitchen facilities, offices, gymnasium, laundries, mess facilities and accommodation, all on tight timeframes.
ARC mobilised specialist trades immediately, establishing clear deadlines and practical delivery steps. Transparent communication from day one identified beneficial changes for timeline and cost efficiency, building trust and enabling optimised delivery at mining-grade standards.
Completed ahead of the operational deadline — kitchen blocks, offices, gymnasium, laundries, wet mess, dry mess and SPQ accommodation, all within six months. Success led to ARC's recall across four phases: executive accommodation (completed August 2026), the gold thickener plant (completed July 2026), and ongoing live site works — core, photon and exploration sheds and offices, ROM bin upgrades, processing plant shutdowns and thickener tie-ins, and earthworks for new cyanide tanks.

ARC delivered the renovation and revamp of Discovery Parks — Lake Bonney at Barmera in South Australia's Riverland, working with modular manufacturer 5 Fold Modular on the building installation package: civil works, camp redesign and accommodation installation. Lake Bonney is one of four Discovery Parks where ARC has installed accommodation for 5 Fold Modular, alongside Hervey Bay, Yeppoon and Margaret River.

Dean brings more than 22 years of industrial and commercial plumbing, construction and business leadership experience across Australia and the United Kingdom. Before establishing ARC, he built and operated a large-scale plumbing business and previously competed as a professional rugby league player in the UK Super League. Since founding ARC in 2013, Dean has developed the company from a specialist camp plumbing contractor into a multidisciplinary remote construction business. A practical and solutions-focused leader, he maintains direct involvement in major client relationships, strategic planning and project delivery. Dean is committed to achieving strong outcomes for clients while creating a supportive workplace in which ARC's people and subcontractors can succeed.
Myers is the operational backbone of ARC, managing the day-to-day coordination required to keep multiple remote projects and workforces moving. His responsibilities span project administration, accounts, workforce mobilisation, travel and accommodation, procurement support, subcontractor coordination and site logistics. With practical FIFO plumbing and on-site experience, Myers understands the realities facing personnel working in remote environments. He is an action-oriented problem-solver who takes ownership, responds quickly and follows tasks through to completion. Myers coordinates teams of more than 40 personnel across multiple locations, ensuring ARC's people arrive prepared, projects remain supported and operational commitments are delivered.
AJ is a qualified carpenter and Open Builder Licence holder with over 20 years of construction experience, progressing from site supervision through project management to senior construction leadership. He has overseen multiple concurrent projects valued up to $30 million across commercial, social housing, multi-residential, industrial, food-production, mining and infrastructure environments. Combining practical construction knowledge with strong commercial management, AJ leads through clear expectations, accountability and collaborative workforce engagement. His experience includes greenfield mining projects, accommodation camps and non-process infrastructure, with responsibility for project planning, procurement, contractor coordination, workforce rostering, safety, compliance and commercial risk. As General Manager, AJ oversees ARC's project delivery across concurrent remote sites.
